To request a refund, send a message to our Telegram bot @QuantexReportBot or email us at app@cibronix.com with your payment details and order ID. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund requests made after the 3-day window will not be entertained. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid period.
The 3-day free trial does not involve any payment, so no refund is applicable for trial subscriptions.
We do not auto-renew subscriptions or charge your account without explicit action. You will receive renewal reminders 7 days before your subscription expires.
